On April 12th at 6:30 PM, the Architectural Heritage Center (701 SE Grand Avenue) will be hosting an information session on the draft Central City 2035 Plan.
Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability staff will provide an overview of the draft Central City 2035 Plan, which will provide a new long-range land use and transportation policy framework for the Central City. The plan includes goals, policies, zoning regulations and future work plans that will guide public and private decision-making and investment for the next 20 years. BPS staff will highlight the major historic resource-related provisions of the plan.
If you have questions or want to learn more about the plan as it relates to historic resources in Portland, this is a good opportunity.
