This doorknob, ca. 1883, is made from combining ground sawdust and oxblood and was manufactured by the Dibble Manufacturing Company.

You may recognize this knob as it is original to the 1883 West Block Building that the Architectural Heritage Center calls home! Though the original is safe in storage, the knobs in the AHC are modeled after it.
