One of a pair of rare Victorian Era Eastlake Style brass oil chandeliers. These fixtures were used on luxury railroad cars and steamships. The light fixtures are inscribed “Hicks & Smith patent Jan 3, 1871” and manufactured by “Plume & Atwood Mfg 5th Ave NY
